Usually a sign of someone who doesnt know how to clean.
If you cant replace her, can you communicate to her that you dont want her using so much floor cleaner, a little goes a long way since you buy quality stuff, or that you want her to use x or y, and leave out say 5 pairs of gloves and say, thats all I have now, sorry.

When you write, helps herself to, is she taking it home with her? Or just using excessive amounts of...

THIS, totally.... In the beginning they listen to instructions and then in time, do what they want. I assume since you dont want to replace her or spend (waste) the time correcting her, the only way is to hide better what you dont want her to waste.

She also sweeps my walls and mops my walls.
Yuck!
She didn’t clean the bathroom walls for over a month.
When I mentioned it to her she got mad and quit.
She ruined my one good knife by going into the bag of rags and chopping up a long T shirt (that wasn’t supposed to be in the bag. with the good knife which I can’t sharpen- The king T shirt I use for toilet training one of my kids and I was in middle Of training a child when she did that)
(After I gave her an excellent pair of scissors and and old undershirt that she can cut up if she wanted…)

Have you tried explaining to her clearly that she has to be more frugal? My Spanish isn’t perfect but it’s pretty good. If you want to write out what you want her to use (like this bottle of soap needs to last for 2 weeks, etc) I don’t mind translating (if that’s even the language she speaks, was just assuming)

Why do you keep her? The there are so many available now no one has to deal with unpleasant situations. I use google translate on my phone to translate to Spanish to explain all my specifications.

Mine ,more like the lady I used to have knew English and I also used google translate. And she kept saying ok ok and went back to what she was doing after I told
Her how to do it or what to do since she was dwaddling alot.
