I wish I can see this. The achdus in this video makes me tear up. It sounds so beautiful and surely giving HaShem lots of nachas and with everyone bashing it sure sounds like you’re getting HaShem angry.

I’ve seen this happen IRL, to a guy who was wearing a streimel during the week. A bunch of soldiers realized he was in sheva brachos, started dancing around him, and everyone nearby joined too. It was beautiful.

Are you sure this wasn't staged? It seems too pat. The men came running from what looks like quite a distance, and they were awfully well coordinated. The photographer didn't object, the bride didn't object, the men's commanding officer didn't object...No, lovely as it was, this was planned. Great PR, but planned.

If these soldiers were in basic training, or in an officer course or maybe other courses, then just running off and dancing would be a major breach of conduct. But I'm guessing this unit is well past basic training, into their sadir service, and maybe even having a "yom gibush" (fun day). Israeli army service is pretty relaxed onced badic training is over. It's not like the British Kings Guard who just stand there in their funny hats and aren't allowed to speak or blink.

This happens literally every day. Israelis love brides. When I was taking my wedding photos outside, all the random people who passed by us started singing Od Yishama or Siman Tov.
