Getting into a pool you mean like swimming?
I know that swimming is great exercise for a regular pregnancy but wasn't sure about triplets. I should ask my doctor about it.
Im still gonna try to look for that doctor you talk about.

I think he encouraged getting into pool so that you can move around comfortably. Your weight is supported in the pool. I don’t think you have to do 100 laps, actually you shouldn’t. Don’t go into the pool to exercise, go to float and relax and move as much as your comfortable with.
