we know that it is was around $50 bucks - cause we got the menu and just face it that place is not cheap!!
So basically not knowing the exact amount, just means that we have more time to joke around and maybe get the thread to have over 200 posts.

NEW COMPITITION:
Who will be the lucky poster to post the 200th post in this thread???
Post must contain something that will make us laugh so hard that we will actually fall out of our chairs.

Prize will be given to the poster!!! I have something hidden up my sleave!!

Fingers ready by keyboard. No clicking the mouse till I say....
Ready!
On your marks .... get set .... GO!!

Shakespeare was no needleworker. A "sleave" is an orderly bundle of yarn, what we would call a skein. You don't knit up a skein of yarn--you pull yarn from the skein to knit something else. A skein of yarn that had been knitted would be a real pain to use, as you would have to rip out the existing stitches before you could use the yarn, and then the yarn would be kinked and more difficult to work with.

No offense to old Will, he really should have asked a member of the needle trades before writing that absurdity. But what can you expect of a man who mentioned a clock striking the hour in Julius Caesar's day?

no SaraG -this is no way related to you personally... your only related to the fact that you started the thread!

I just thought that since we had already racked up so many posts that were just hysterical that we should have an incentive to do more. I wonder what crazy things will happan in the next 90 posts or so?????????

I had to check in my Webster's new dictionary to make sure, but SaraG you are right! pay, paid, paying

Defy, I don't think Timeout is necessary, SaraG's grammar classes will be quite sufficient, thank you!
