Peanut Butter cream pie is great in that sort of a crust. A parve cheesecake with a strawberry topping also is great in that. Ice cream pie with a chocolate crunchy topping. ( I guess anything involving rich's whip )

Easiest and yummiest recipe:
Mix one thing of rich's whip with 6 crushed up oreos / paskesz sandwich cookies (crush by hand so not too tiny). Put into crust. Freeze. Voila, yummy and easy and it tastes like ice cream! A real winner with the kids. You can also decorate with syrup or sprinkles if you'd like.
Enjoy! Let me know if you do it and how it comes out!

I do the same thing and everyone always goes crazy over it, no one believes it's pareve.
The only thing I do different is I use 2 rich's whip with the cookies.
I just dump everything into the pie crust and freeze. Easiest dessert ever!

Nope, everything is just dumped. I crunch up the cookies and put it into the crust, then just pour the whip right from the carton into the crust and freeze. It doesn't get simpler then that...:-)

No bake... so easy and delicious
Ice Cream Peanut Butter Pie
1 graham pie crust
1½ cups Parve vanilla ice cream
½ cup Kyro syrup
½ cup chocolate syrup
½ cup peanut butter
4 pieces Viennese crunch
Defrost ice cream just enough so that it's easy to scoop out.
Pour ice cream into pie crust. Place in freezer so that ice cream can harden.
Mix together Kryo syrup, chocolate syrup and peanut butter. Once ice cream is frozen, spread mixture over pie. Crush Viennese crunch in blender. Spread evenly over peanut butter mixture.
Place in freezer until ready to serve.
And of course sky's easy breezy no bake dessert!
Crush 10 - 15 store bought chocolate sandwich cookies.
Mix with 16 ounce whip with a spoon.
Pour into a choc graham cracker crust.
Freeze.
If you're serving Dairy, this is easy and yummy.
Cheese Cake
2 containers whipped cream cheese
3 eggs
1 envelope vanilla sugar (or 1 Tbsp)
¾ cup sugar
Mix cream cheese, eggs, vanilla sugar and sugar.
Pour batter into pie crust. Bake for 40 minutes at 350.
Leave in oven to cool.

Love all the PB suggestions, but can't do that- my parents home is peanut free. (forgot to mention!)
LIl princess- that sounds really good, post the recipe if you get a chance.
I also like the idea of a parve cheesecake. Anyone know of any good recipes for that?

you could just take 2 containers of Toffuti, let them defrost a little and mush them into the pie crust - we call it Tofutti pie - you can embellish this however you want - yum!
