I have a $100 gift card from sears and I can't stand the clothes that they have. Anyway, I really need new bras and I guess I'm taking a risk and ordering from them. I can always return. So what's the difference in fit between "womens" and "regular" in a bra? Or should I just forget it and go to a store IRL.

I would guess that the womens size bras start the the size at a bigger number. Meaning that you won't find a 32AA, but would start at maybe 38C and bigger.
Just a guess...
