I can't get any crayon/pencil to stay "inside" my eye... even the waterproof ones don't stay long. Still I see some women with black that stays all day! how do they do?

I don't touch my eyes! but the line on the lower part, inside, always goes away!

does eyeliner look as good as crayon also inside?

eyeliner on the inside will always get washed away. I just keep reapplying.

I find that powder eyeliner (black eyeshadow!!) stays put 100x better than pencil.

Yeah I sometimes have visit my evil SIL or she visits me and it seems to stay on forever. She only uses pencil.... Exploding anger

With me, 2 hours tops and it is all gone... while it looks perfect after I applied it.

How long, without re-applying, does it stay on?

This might sound strange but sometimes if I want the line to look perfect I use the liner, wet my face a little and then take a tissue and wipe underneath my lower lid, it stays smudge free all day.

Yup!

I think it's the chemistry of a person's skin. I have friends who put on makeup in the morning and it's fine till the evening. I put it on and an hour later it's fading, two hours later, you can hardly tell I put it on. And I put makeup on with a heavy hand usually.

I used Revlon ColorStay for a chassuna, and I applied it at 4 PM. Slept in it, and it lasted the whole next day too!

I use the fluidline in the MAC products. It is not pencil. I paint it on with a brush.

but I never put it inside the eye. Just a thin line as close as possible to the inner eye.

I mix Bare Escentuals liner shadow with their Prime Time for Eyes and it lasts usually for shabbos. I once put it on in the morning, had a facial at night and it was still on the next morning. (And I am one of those people who have makeup slide off in general!)

wow it's been interesting on this thread but sadly I don't usually wear eyeliner. I like it but Dh thinks otherwise So I'm free of this obligation Smile When I do use.. I use brownish black color from Maybelline called Define a Line.

I use the Palladio which is great in it's application (a pencil) and looks really nice, but just a while after its all gone or in the corners of my eyes.
