Not breastmilk. I want for my coffee and the place where I am going doesn’t have. Can I freeze and take in my carry on?
Also tips on how to keep it frozen 6+ hours?

Frozen breast milk is allowed, as it's considered a medical necessity.
I doubt that the same applies to frozen regular milk. You can try your luck, but it may get thrown out.

I brought frozen Liquid on the plane. They did pull it out of my suitcase and check that it was fully frozen. When they saw that it was fully frozen, they allowed it on the plane. Just give extra time for checking your suitcase.

If you’re traveling with a baby, you can say it’s milk for the baby.

TSA officially allows any liquid that is frozen solid but they often give you issues if it’s slightly defrosted. So if you have a long drive from home to the airport I would recommend keeping it in a cooler with an ice pack in the car and only taking it out when you get to the airport. I would wrap it in (first a plastic bag in case of leaking!) and clothing in your carry on to try to insulate it after you go thru security-not worth it to do it before as they’ll just take it out of your bag anyways.

Just pour milk in these travelling bottles that’s less than 4 oz. I do it all the time.

Frozen liquids are allowed, doesn't have to be for a baby. In my airport they pull it out, yell at me that I brought liquid and say they're throwing it out, I remind them that frozen is ok and they begrudgingly let me through.
I take it out of the freezer right before I leave for the airport and keep in a cooler bag with ice. Take some freezer ziploc bags and you can put ice cubes in them and put them in the cooler bag if the ice packs you take won't last the whole flight.

Officially yes but if they're in the mood they can give you a problem.
You can have a quart size bag filled with containers less than 3.4 oz of liquid.

make sure the container itself is less than 4 oz. I once poured 2 oz of milk into an empty water bottle, figuring that it was only a little, and it would go through.
it was flagged for checking, and the guy only let it go because it was for my coffee that morning and I begged. he told me it needs to be in a small bottle.

You can have as many 3.4 oz containers that fit in a quart size ziplock-not more than that.

They started making chalav Yisrael shelf stable milk. It's in a red and white "juice" box and sold in the juice aisle.

I freeze milk in the disposable dip containers. I put a few in a ziplock. Never had an issue. They defrost quickly and are just the right amount for my coffee.
