I want to share with you my own Chanuka miracle:
Two years ago someone posted here about a segula. In short, it was writing a letter to Hashem, with whatever they were praying for, and placing it on the "foot" of the menorah, leaving it there untill the next year Chanuka.
I decided to try it. Last year, when I took out the menorah before Chanuka, I found the letter and read it. Baruch Hashem, our situation had improved significantly compared to the year before. However, I couldn't say that any of the specific prayers I had included in the letter had come to fruition, so I simply folded the letter and put it back on the menorah.
This year has been filled with miracles for us!!!
Some of the things I had asked Hashem in the letter seemed unrealistic given our circumstances, but my husband reminded me while I was writing, that Hashem is limitless and that I could ask for anything. To Hashem, one dollar and a million dollars hold the same value. So I asked.
And here comes the most amazing part: I'm writing this with tears in my eyes... B"h I'm am due to give birth soon, and my due date falls during Chanukah!
May we all see our own miracles soon, in Jerushalayim with Moshiach!!!

Wow beautiful.
Two years ago I also wrote a letter on my menorah. Last yes when I went to get my menorah I cried and cried because nothing had changed. I was stuck in the same cycle of pain and I felt like Hashem rejected me. But I wrote the letter again. Some things take time.
Not when I reflect on the last year although I’m still not pregnant my life has changed drastically in amazing ways since last Chanukah and I’m so grateful ❤️
You bet I’m going to write another letter this year.

These stories are amazing but even more amazing is the ability of you women to see and acknowledge the blessing in your lives even though after 1 year your specific tefillos hadn’t been answered. You acknowledged the blessing you did see, and you asked Hashem again. That is immensely powerful.
May Hashem answer everyone’s tefillos letova!
Hoping for many Chanukah miracles this year for you, me and Klal Yisroel

A twist on the above stories -
I forgot to write a note to leave attached with the menorah when packing it away. Yes, I forgot. My problems were full time consuming and yet I still forgot.
Realising a couple of days later, I davened to Hashem, asking that the sincerity of my tefilos should be enough, and I shouldn't need to wrap my bakashos around my menorah, now that I've forgotten. Kudos to those who do this segula. But now I've forgotten, please hear my heart-felt spoken pleas, in place of my missing note.
Baruch Hashem I was not forgotten, and my bakashos were heard loud and clear.
So those who didn't manage/forgot/weren't aware of the segula - know that heartfelt tefilos are always heard and sometimes answered up Above.

I'll chime in too. I heard about the letter on the menorah here on Imamother and wanted to do it. Then I decided that I'll be too mortified if someone finds it. But on Zos chanuka I said a lot of tehilim and Davened for very specific things. Including that a certain couple should have a baby and someone in need of a shidduch should find their bashert. Bh a year later and both were fulfilled. Thank you Hashem. Zos chanuka is a big day for tefillos with or without the letter.
