Every time I go to the mall I gaze at the men's section with longing. The shoes, flannel shirts etc...

I actually buy my clothes in the men’s section
(I promise I’m a woman)

I always loved the men's section in malls . The simplicity. The practicality. I'd get my whole wardrobe there. Yes, I'm a woman.

Well, I'm definitely a woman and very feminine in some ways but I usually find the men's conversations more interesting at family gatherings. It's a more natural, direct, interesting way of talking. Sometimes I join in in my abrupt blunt non feminine style and it causes problems. Lol. Maybe one day I'll learn to keep my mouth shut.
My mind also works very logically for things like halacha and I have a great memory for chazals and pesukim, so I can hold my own pretty well. They find it really awkward sometimes

(dw, I am very put together, I look very neat and classy all the time ) |
I check off most of those too. Although I wear a small clutch with my keys / cards. I do enjoy setting up / decorating my house (but not events, tablescapes).
Biggest diff for me is I love O-ing. That's only one I really don't relate to and feel bad u are missing out! The others?! Who cares!

My husband is actually way more ‘typically’ feminine than me; and I’m totally not.
He loves shopping and browsing. I hate shopping, I shop for what I need and that’s it.
He enjoys decorating. I don’t notice.
He likes brand names. I don’t notice brands.
I get manicures when he reminds me to.
I do wear eyeliner daily though. And I do enjoy cooking, just not hosting.
My husband will buy ‘tablescape’ things for setting the table. These things make me nervous, as they are extra items to deal with.
I don’t appreciate flowers inside my house. Love them outside.
I don’t do a pocketbook in the winter. In the summer, only if I absolutely need it.
I don’t enjoy jewelry. I’m just concerned I’ll lose it. Started only wearing fakes.
I take care of all household finances. My husband deals with furniture and decorating purchases.
I guess our marriage works because our roles are mixed up 🙈🤣?
