If you're looking for an actual romance novel in the secular sense(that's about a frum person) then "Unorthodox Love" by Chaiky(Heidi) Shertok. It's definitely not clean but the main character is shomer negiah so they do stick to that. What I mean is that there are no zex scenes but the language isn't clean.
It's not negative about frum Jews at all, so don't get thrown off by the name. It's about a frum 'older single' who is infertile who falls in love with a Jewish non-frum man.

Last Chance and Next Please both by Efrat Singer felt more real about relationships than a lot of Jewish books tend to be. I don't remember which one comes first but you should be able to Google it. I read a lot of secular books but found these to be interesting and relevant (but read them a few years ago so don't totally remember)
