Only thing I find people appreciate in that budget is food. A good chocolate bar, a coffee bar, salad for lunch, things like that

PLEASE no vases or tchatchkes! Mature women have more of these than they can ever use. Depending on personality, they will either get rid of them pronto or add them to a growing mound of clutter that their heirs will have to dispose of.

For chocolate bars- go into the grocery, you'll see many options and will honestly be quicker than looking through links for every type of chocolate
