Someone recommended this book to me. I started reading this on Shabbos and I’m blown away by these stories. I’ve never heard of him before. I’m wondering if anyone on here has had any personal stories with him that didn’t make it to the book..

What! I had no idea there was a book 🤯
When I was a kallah, I nearly had a chuppas niddah. Rav Gissinger didn't know me from anything but had me come to his house and found a kullah so I could go before my wedding. That was my only interaction but I will always remember him. He was so kind and warm that I wasn't embarrassed.

When doctors were poopooing progesterone for my mothers repeated losses he encouraged her to fight with the doctor to get it. She had 3 healthy children after that bh, of which I’m the first😊
