You need a pediatric endocrinologist asap. This is precocious puberty. I use the ones in Jersey shore hospital not sure if there are any others in the area.

Were you happy with the doctor and can you share details please? I know your daughter has breast buds ( so does mine ! No secret !) and it would be a big favor to help me me with details so I would love the referral of the doctor. You can let me know positive or not.
