I’m trying to get a feeling for what’s out there.
If you work in the NY/NJ area, what kind of job do you have (entry level/supervisor/director/college degree based/business owner/etc) and how much do you make?

I work for a Jewish business so the title is a bit tricky. I do entry level work (meaning no college degree necessary and anyone could be trained into this position) I also supervise 2 other people doing the same work. I work 20 hours a week and get paid 1k.

Business owner, take home pay is around 200-250k per year. Some years it's more and some years less. This past year was significantly less than previous years due to the economy

Do you have your CPA? What industry is this in. I do accounting without a CPA work a couple hours a week more and I make about 10k less. Am I underpaid? FYI I am in Lakewood and in the property management industry.

When it comes to these polls I feel that you're more likely to get replies from those that have a good income, and/or a career their they proud of. I don't think it reflects the average.
