I assume that on the hospital forms, you checked off that this was due to an accident. Did they bill your medical insurance?

He has a rebbe who serves as a SW for the older boys, he was actually the one who first alerted me to the accident--he lived right there, and we have told my son that he can talk to him. He's even gotten back on a scooter since the accident.

Not yet, we are awaiting all of the bills, guidance from the lawyer/and the insurance company.

Is he licensed? This might matter for insurance purposes.
