I bought some clothes for my toddler but they ran really small. Since they were final sale the store isn't allowing me to exchange. Do you know any store that would allow me to exchange for size if I didn't buy there? Tags are still attached.

Why would any store take an item that's not from their store? They sold their inventory. They don't need more.

I never heard of any store doing this.
Best you can do is try to resell them yourself.
