This is a bit more expensive, now priced at 55, but they usually have different prints a few dollars more or less, and most years it goes on sale for 40 chanukah time. I can vouch for the quality- we have this for almost 9 years already, and it's still in very good condition.

If you want something high quality but expensive, the Joovy stroller ($90) is probably it. We have their toy play yard, and it is one of the few toys we have that hasn't broken. The reviews say the same about the stroller. Fun bonus is that you can add their toy carseat for a twin stroller.
