I watched a few, but the measurements are all cm and kilos, it's a but difficult to follow and keep googling and converting - such as seat high, leg rest, etc...

No. I was big into following celebrity baby blogs as a teenager (weird, yes. And obviously not raised frum) and even in ‘07-‘08 the cameleon was all over. I remember it, the Orbit, and the Phil & Ted’s Sport being THE trends.
I’m in a non-Jewish Stroller group on Facebook with 50k members and Bugaboo are some of the most recommended. The Donkey is unparalleled on the double market.

I was thinking of this thread as I hauled home a carriage full of heavy groceries in my lynx and was able to push one handed. I felt 0 of the weight. I think that’s what makes bugaboo unique.

They're popular for a reason , they make great strollers. 12-15 years ago everyone- literally- had them. Now I find there are so many other options.
I know people who used their chameleon for 6+ kids over 15 years.

FYI going into a store doesn't always give you a real life experience of pushing the stroller. All strollers push perfectly on a smooth store floor, and it's also not the same as pushing a toddler. I would recommend finding some friends irl with different strollers and asking if you can try out their stroller, preferably with a real child in, over rough terrain and see how it really feels.
And remember this doesn't have to be the stroller that lasts for the next 20 years. It's okay for your lifestyle to change and your needs to be different. When I had my first child, we had no car and I walked everywhere. I needed a stroller with a good push, and one that could handle a full load of shopping. The exact weight and how small it folded wasn't that important for me. Fast forward a few years to when I had a car, I then needed a stroller that folded small and had to be lightweight.
Think about your needs now and what is most important. There will never be the perfect stroller, which is why many people have more than 1.
Does it need to be lightweight, easy to fold, attach a car seat easily, push well for long walks, small turning circle in tight spaces such as small stores, fold small, lie flat, separate bassinet, adjustable handlebar and high seat (tall parents), and on and on. Think about what features are most important, then look for a stroller that meets those needs.

My take is Bugaboo besides for having the trending name is also a great stroller and brand.
It doesn't mean it's the best stroller around.
People keep to it as they know they are getting a good stroller and don't want to risk trying something else besides for those who want to buy because it's trendy.
It's the same idea as what was with Mclaren strollers.
They had the name as the best strollers and even though so many other strollers eventually were better, many people stuck with getting a McLaren because they knew what they were getting until enough people braved the other brands like bugaboo and now it's rare to see McLaren being used at all.
Yes it's a great stroller doesn't mean there aren't any better for a better price.

I didn't want to make the post to long.
When I was looking for a stroller for my first, my 2 older sister had the bugaboo but I couldn't afford it. I knew someone who had used a different brand and loved it several yrs earlier and that brand was on sale. I'm the type that if I can't get the top brand I want a brand that sticks out rather than buying what everyone else buys like the mama &papa and the silver cross.
I bought this stroller for less than a 4th of the bugaboo with a bassinet approved for overnight sleep.
I've used this stroller for over 7 yrs non stop, it's now being used for a 4th kid. I live in Israel so no cars just public transport nearly daily. For 2 yrs I lived in a place that was 6 flights of stairs up and down anytime I left the house so the stroller was bumped up and down nearly daily.
It's still looks and works great.
A huge brand tried taking over this brand as it has such potential but people are afraid to try it as it doesn't yet have the name as the most amazing stroller. If I need a new stroller it will be the first brand I look at.
If you are willing to do research there is no need to buy a bugaboo to get a good stroller.

So that’s why you should see in person, who cares what’s the measurement, you should see for yourself if it’s comfortable. Do you need to bend low to pick up a child, will you keep bumping your feet into the bar of the stroller as you walk etc

That handle looks soooo uncomfortable.
And why doesn't it show the fold online lol that's in the description of why it's a good stroller.
I feel like Nuna is one of the
bigger/ nicer/" luxery" brands also ( at least in non jewish world) , yet I do not know a single Jewish person that has one.
