My baby BH usually falls asleep around 10:30/11pm nursing and then can usually sleep with no wake ups for 8-10 hours. Since she had an AWFUL nap week around week 10 her naps have been very inconsistent and not long. I’d really like to start getting her on more of a predictable nap schedule, get her to start falling asleep on her own, and preferably get an earlier bedtime (but same wake up time). How can I start? I’d prefer not crying it out but really just need help because I have 0 idea where to start at all. She doesn’t take a paci also, I’ve tried many types.

Generally any kind of sleep training will involve some crying but it doesn’t have to exclusively mean the cry it out method

Generally the first step with getting a handle on naps is learning your baby's ideal wake windows and putting them to sleep accordingly. You can google wake windows for their age to get an average and then watch over the course of a day what seems to work for them. I just checked for you and 3 month usually is 75-110 minutes. And usually babies do on the shorter end in the morning and then go longer between sleeps as the day goes on.
