I'm trying to improve the snacks I eat, and for awhile I was doing well with rice cakes and either humus or guacamole. The thing is, I'm starting to get really sick of humus, and I think if I don't start adding some other options to the rotation, I will get sick of guacamole soon too. I have the same issue with egg salad, I like it, but if I have it too often, I can't look at it for awhile. I'm looking for other dip/spread ideas, must be nut free and no fish either. Also no sugar, and low carb.

I'd have to check. Tomato is usually too sugary.

I don't know what your limitations are, but how about
Mushroom or spinach dip
Olive
Onion, you can do spicy if sweet is a problem
Pickle. I don't like hot but krm makes a mustard one I love.

tomatoes are not high in carbs. peanut butter? cream cheese? no sugar jelly or jam?

maybe you should't be eating dips and spreads and should look into other foods like yogurt and nuts and seeds. string cheese. red pepper. cucumbers. tuna fish. sardines. herring.
