Trying to refill some reed diffusers. They were higher end gifts originally from Lakewood gift stores, but not sure which way I want to go on refill.
Looking for tried and true ideas for:
Purchase Scent?
DIY with a tried and true recipe?
Please specify high or low end and any inisghts you have on these. I want to hear it all. I know nothing!

I refill with pure essential oils.
There's a choice of so many lovely smells.

Fill your bottle about two-thirds of the way with carrier oil, (sweet almond oil) then add 20 drops or so of essential oils. Swirl to combine, then insert a handful of bamboo skewers into the bottle. (Make sure to choose bamboo skewers that stick out several inches from the top of your container to help carry the scent.)

You should be able to find essential oils from US sellers via Amazon
You can play around and mix different oils together.
Please note, natural essential oils will not give you that perfumed chemical smell which you have with ready bought diffusers/refills.

This product is not for reed diffusers, only for candle lit diffusers or electric ones

I absolutely LOVE the Rituals diffusers. Jing (dark green) smells amazing, inviting and classy and fresh.

Thanks! You seem in the know.
Some questions:
Do I need to be careful which brand essential oil I buy or all they all basically fine?
Do you have any combos you recommend?
What do you mean by perfumed chemical smell? Are you saying it wont smell chemically?
Thanks!!!!
