I am on shlikhus in the CIS (former Soviet Union). The school where I teach was opened by the shliakh to help local jewish kids to learn about our traditions.
My pupils are girls of 14 -16 years old. They are not frum, yet. But they are interested in jewish tradition and history. They are intelligent, smart and may write in English. They would be able to write an e-mails. They are interested in writing regularly to a penpal overseas.
If anyone teaches in the not frum but jewish school , you can pm me directly, if you wish.
Thank you!

We would be happy to write with them. My oldest daughter is only 11 (almost 12) but on the plus side I speak and read Russian. So, if they would like to write in regular letters (don't have Russian support on the computer) in English and/or Russian, all would be well. I even have Russian siddurim and benchers around somewhere so I can double check my language usage as needed. PM me if interested.
