Sure! I’m sorry I missed your message last time. The program is called GI eaters.
https://www.gieaters.com/

They specialize in weaning babies off of feeding tubes. My baby came off his tube before we ended up starting the program but we heard incredible things about them from other preemie moms.

Insurance doesn’t cover it but from what we heard, it’s worth the money. I spoke to 3 different moms about them. All of them had their kids come off thanks to this program.

Thank you so much for sharing! I will look into this bezras Hashem!

Have a wonderful YT, ladies!

It’s been quite a year! Yochanan was born a year ago tomorrow (ches Cheshvan), with numerous health complications. Chasdei Hashem a million times over, Yochanan is mostly healthy now, although he has a feeding tube due to his oral aversion. We are working on feeding skills with him (he loves when his OT and PT’s come to work with him), and thinks putting anything (other than food) in his mouth is super fun! Spoons are a favorite toy (as long as he gets to shake off the food first).

He also has quite a sense of humor, particularly when it comes to freaking his Mommy out (one memorable occasion happened 20 minutes before the zman erev RH, when he managed to undo the cover of one of the ports of his feeding tube extension…milk EVERYWHERE, but not in his tummy! Until we figured out what had happened we were concerned that there was a problem with his G-tube c”v, were trying to figure out if we needed to go to the ER…of course our little goofball found this hilarious and giggled for 15 minutes straight - literally).

We are so grateful to everyone for davening for Yochanan and are thankful to anyone who wouldn’t mind to daven for him to overcome his oral aversion and learn to tolerate and enjoy food by mouth.

I would love to post a picture of his little face for you all, since ka”h he is so cute, but given that this is the internet, I am settling for a picture of his cute toes (is that weird?).

Have a beautiful Shabbos all!
