Tel Aviv, Ashdod, Netanya, Bat Yam and more places have women’s only hours/days at the beach.
I know that at Tel Aviv every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday is women only days and Mon, Wed, and Fri is only men.

The lists aren't always accurate. We went to one and it was men.

Eilat and Tiveria both have mechitzas, with the beach open to men and women simultaneously. Other beaches are normally
Women - Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday
Men - Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
At this time of year most beaches are closed, and in some cases they take away the mechitzas separating it from the general beach. Eilat is probably open.
