how come all new contructions usialy ends u being chassidish? why is the litvishnot building developments with town houses or single houses like you can find in lakewood?
The multi family homes are being built in central Monsey where it's mostly Chassidish. Non chassidish can afford to live more out of area & get cheaper housing, as the women drive to get around. Chassidish tend to stay in area because they need to get around easily & they need bussing for their kids.
