About a year ago, went out to eat with dh at Rodriguez in Jerusalem and ordered a meat board for two. It was a main course option that included an assortment of steak, boneless short ribs, grilled chicken, pargiyot etc. Dh loved it.

A few months later saw a similar option on a menu in Italy, dh really wanted to order but I was getting over first trimester nausea and wasn’t in the mood.

We want to go out to eat now for our anniversary and trying to find a restaurant that offers something similar. It’s impt that they offer a variety of options bec dh is on the particular side, this way he can find a few things he likes. (Don't want to order a bit of everything bec most romantic restaurants only offer huge portions and also… $$$). Also has to be fresh, can’t be charcuterie/dried meat board cuz dh doesn’t like jerky type meats.

Anyone seen anything like this in nyc? In a nice romantic restaurant setting? Strongly prefer 5t/fr area. Any leads or suggestions would be appreciated!!

Following because this sounds like a great idea. I hate ordering at restaurants because I don't like having to commit to a whole dish of one thing in order to try something new.

Thanks! Just looked it up and it’s in a hotel so that could be a great night out and book a room for overnight.
Any other suggestions? Would love to know if there’s something more local

I can’t find on their website. Do you know the certification?

Never mind - found it - The Vaad Harabonim of Queens
