Yes, it's one of the original ketogenic diets. It's a way of life, not a temporary diet.
Going off keto may cause health issues if the person goes back to eating foods that cause inflammation (like sugars and grains).
A ketogenic diet is very healthy. A low fat, high carb diet is not. So yeah, if you go from a healthy diet to an unhealthy one, its likely to cause health issues.
On shabbos I have a sip or 2 of wine or grape juice for kiddush. I wash and have a small challah roll. Everything else is NSNG. (No Sugar, No Grain). I'm not starving myself in any way.

You should try to get 8 hours of sleep each night and walk at least a half hour every day.
Have you been checked for sleep apnea?

How do you work out with weights exactly? At home or in a gym? Could you recommend a set of exercises for an absolute beginner to be done at home?
Also, what do you mean by cooking “in the Betty”?

You could get 5 lb weights or 2 lb weights and look on YouTube for a video and build up and increase your weights when it feels easy.

I’ve been trying to google/look up on Amazon Betty Crocker, but it only comes out with pages of cake related products. Could you perhaps please share a link of the appliance you mean? Thx

My friend says with sugar it’s all or nothing bec it’s addictive.
Eat salads while ppl are eating main course like cucumbers tomatoes green beans celery carrots etc
one cooked and one raw veg at each meal
Only water
Only eat until 5pm. First meal 10 am. Every 3.5 hours.
Portion control. No seconds. If you’re still hungry eat veggies or drink hot tea.
Dessert is fruit. Make it appetizing and pretty.
Reduce oils!! And nuts! Too many carbs!
Snack is a protein OR a carb and healthy fat combo—ex hard boiled egg or tiny amount of r nuts with… yogurt? someone help me here
I find trying to fit 4 veggies into my day helps
Beets
Carrots
Radishes
Etc and I
YOU CAN DO THIS. post reminders in the kitchen. “If I control myself the food will raise me up. If I give in to my body the food will bring me down (tired sugar crash less energy)
When u develop sensitivity to sugar sweetness it becomes gross to the palate and overdone.

Build largest muscles first—thigh (quads and hamstrings). Incline exercise is good. Rapid pace is better but build slowly over time.
