I see ppl are always making side dishes for rosh Hashanah simanim...besides for sweet carrots which I make anyone have any easy good side dishes that are simanim,??

Simple and healthy :
Roasted beets , spray avocado oil , roast , sprinkle with kosher salt
Roasted squash: cut into cubed , coat with a little olive oil /avocado oil. Salt and cinnamon
Sautéed leeks and mushrooms add white wine

Salad: baby spinach, spiralized carrots, thinly slivered leek, roasted butternut squash cubes, apple matchsticks, pomegranate arils, sprinkle of black-eyed peas. Dressing of 1 part each date syrup and apple cider vinegar, 2 parts olive oil, 1/2 part tehini, 2 garlic cloves
