Does anyone have a recipe for an apple crumble takeout style with very crispy crumbs on top?
I have tried Susie fishbeins recipe and the crumble is not what I’m looking for. I like it when it’s a thick layer of crumbs with hard and crispy / crunchy crumbs on top and softer crumble underneath.

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup instant oats
Add 1 tablespoon of oil at a time and mix, make sure it stays crumbly and not too wet…
