If a child (under 10) has s-xually touched another child (without the 2nd child's consent) on school premises, should counselors/teachers be made aware of this so that they can be on the lookout that this doesn't happen again/to other children?

Yes. At this age it may not be s-ual, just boys 'being rude' but you should let the school know.

How much time has went by since the touching? As much as I wouldn't want to say anything if I was the parent of the toucher I do think its important to tell one carefully selected person so they can be aware to make sure it doesn't happen again for all the kids sake (including "the toucher.") Who is the person to tell is my question.. Is it the principal or the teacher? I'm not sure. I wish you hatzlacha as you navigate the situation. Young kids so IYH all involved will go on to have amazing healthy lives.

What about neighbors? I see this child playing with other neighbors all the time. Would you be ok with your child playing with a neighbor who has recently s-xually touched another child? The child I believe is going for therapy.

The Toucher may have been molested.

I hope they checked that out.
