Is it a resealable package? If not, use a Ziploc bag.

Try squeezing out all the air and then putting in a ziploc bag

How do you store it? I put all opened cheese in a ziplock bag and it lasts well.

Cheese goes straight to the freezer. It defrosts quickly and doesn’t go moldy.

To those who recommended zip loc bags, thats what I always keep cheese in, and it almost always gets moldy. And I read online that experts say that plastic isnt good for cheese. They say to use "cheese paper", from fancy cheese stores, or second best parchment paper. I just thought there was a tupperware container for keeping cheese, but I guess that wouldnt work bec its plastic too.

Freeze it if you won't use it up in a few days

It shouldn’t be getting moldy so fast. Do you leave it out for a while before putting it back? Maybe the store is storing it incorrectly. Or do you open it after it sat in your fridge for a while? Is someone touching the other cheese with hands? Something is going wrong somewhere it shouldn’t go bad so fast.
