I bought these in kollel store. I got the delayed release Advil and caffeine pills. I bought them also by the last fast and I felt that it was a big help

I was wondering about the caffeine ones, if you take before the fast does it prevent you from falling asleep?
For a regular fast, okay, but the 25 hour ones?

And 1 packet of caffeine

Dunno, I took the blue, yellow and green packets and I've been up since 11pm.
I got 3 little kids to take care of I dunno how I am going to do it.

Same same feel like I am dying from the caffeine dose

I’ve taken supplements before Kalitzom workless great in the past
Some other brand I’ve taken before also helped me a lot
This year I am not sure what brand I took, but I took the electrolytes & the caffeine supplement
I feel that the caffeine dose was Massive .
I’ve literally been up the entire night
Didn’t sleep for even 5 minutes
No idea what I am going to do, house full of kids

I took the caffeine one. No problem sleeping. Even slept in :-)
I actually felt so dizzy and had a headache for like an hour after waking up. But it seems like the caffeine is starting to kick in. I feel great now Bh!

Caffeine definitely working was basically awake at 5 and ready to chop down a tree with my bare hands

Hmm my dh took the caffeine pills and he's still fast asleep in his bed. Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, it was the easyfast pills. I took the fastaid electrolytes.

If you check other threads, people, including myself, complained about waking up super early with the caffeine ones. I tried then 2x and was up 5 or 6 am. No more. Rather cut down on coffee before the fast.
