Nobody needs to know it's for you for today. You can be stocking your freezer. Or ordering for your cleaning lady.
BTW, the idea that cravings during pregnancy have to be satisfied immediately because they mean your body is missing the nutrients in that food has long since been exploded. Nothing will happen if you don't satisfy that craving.
