Iso nipple covers to prevent seeing through tops.

Links will be really helpful please. I'm in the UK so temu, Amazon etc is fine.

I prefer disposable ones, but anything that you've had experience with I'm happy to check out. I don't know where to start as I've never really needed them but I can see that in the summer when I'm wearing a one layer white t shirt they protrude. Mortifying. Tia!

Search for nipple tape/breast tape. Cut off a little piece to use each day.

Thanks. Is it like a plaster (band aid) ? That'll hurt to remove every day.

Not mine, not the one I'm wearing today. My thicker bra is fine but it hurts me on the sides so I don't wear it often.

I really like these
They aren’t disposable but found the disposable ones irritated my skin.
These are easy to wash
