Just bought a blanket that I thought was the same color as a strechie I owned but it really clashes 
Can I make two fabrics with similar colors the same color by washing it together?
Anyone has an idea

And no, they most definitely will not change colors to match if you wash them together. Then all our clothing would be matching.

That's disappointing!
Washing them together won't really help. Unless they are the same color, only one is darker, then you could wash the darker one a few times to become lighter.
