Huge difference. Dd was in PPY in BK for a long time and we moved her out when the girls started looking for HS. The students from her old class are barely frum. Dating boys, hanging out, using Snapchat (idk what that is but it's apparently a thing). The girls in Monsey, on the other hand, seem very much in line with the chinuch BK started with. There's no high school in Monsey so it's only a grade school so this isn't a issue yet but long term, I would have preferred to send Dd to Monsey than BK. Different Rabbi Kelman too. Monsey is the son in law. BK is the son. Both are amazing but we left BK because of how the classes were becoming too modern. Obviously, we don't know you or what you are looking for so maybe BK is just fine. It wasn't acceptable for us after around 6th grade.

When the Monsey one started it was way more to the right of Brooklyn- definitely a completely different type of crowd.
