First off I’m sending you a hug. Bh your building is mouse proof. But the other hand there’s a Rebbas picture you’re supposed to hang. I don’t remember his name. I saw it in a lot of restaurants have it. It’s supposed to be a big Zechus to keep these animals away.

I've heard that peppermint oil can help keep mice out - apparently they don't like the smell
Also heard about the picture of a Rav that someone else mentioned to keep mice away - the article I found about this online said the Rav is Reb Yeshaya'le Kerestierer. Here's an interesting article on this, if you are curious = https://aish.com/96866714/
