I literally bought and returned 10 different sandals all were too tight!
I need help finding sandals for chubby feet with a high instep for my baby boy. He's 18 months and a size 6 or 7 or 21/22
I need for the pool too and regular ones . Thanks!

My kids have a very high instep too. I get sneakers for regular, and floafers for the pool.

Do they need to be sandals for the pool? Can he wear crocs or other water shoes?

Crocs are slippery on a wet surface, and potentially dangerous around the pool. Other water shoes could work.

These aren't really my taste. I like a open toe and open back... does such a sandal exist for wide feet?

I wouldn't do open toe on a baby.

My son has really fat and wide feet too.
Bought 6 pairs of sneakers to try and like 4 sandals. His feet wouldn’t go into any (especially floafers)

These were the only ones that fit and they’re $12

Already ordered the next size up for him!

My mil bought like these in the Okosh bgosh brand and they were sooo wide. My son’s foot was swimming in it.

Glad I can help! I struggled to find my son shoes for a while and it was very unpleasant.

He currently doesn’t have shabbos shoes because all the nice shoes are too narrow. So he wears sandals on shabbos.

But I did get him cute Veja sneakers that fit well for weekday. And another pair from shein that are great for his feet.

If anyone has links for nice shabbos shoes for 2 year old boy, please send!

I have the target brand of these & they're good on my toddler with wide feet.

For regular shoes I'd go to a store that has many brands of quality shoes & have them fit him. Well worth the price tag.
