Wondercide and Thiamine patches to keep bugs away. A tick kit in case of a bite which includes tweezers, tick removal tool, bentonite clay, andrographis tincture, gauze and medical tape, ledum and apis homeopathics.

Keep covered all over always in grass or foliage!!
Knee socks not enough. Leggings and socks closing the gap. Longer sleeves. (Again, this is for when around higher grass and green.)
