I want inexpensive, automatic marker or pencil (doesn’t need to be sharpened) , not liquid eyeliner. I wear dark brown, I’m pale with light hair and black is harsh on me. Any recs of a drugstore eyeliner please share. Something that stays on long for Shabbos or hot summer days is great.

Rimmel london scandal'eyes exaggerate. I use it in dark brown and I love it.
(I do live in the UK where it's widely available but Google seems to show it available in the us, too...)
