Dr Scholls wart remover. It freezes them off. Just check the package to make sure its safe for the face. DS (on whom I've used it) says it hurts quite a bit, but it does work.
But ... are you sure its not a pimple?

Denial is an ugly thing. Tried to pretend it was a pimple for some time now. Thought I'd fess up. ya ha ha ha my little pretties I'm afraid of the dermatologist as they might scar my nose. And I really don't want to walk around with bandaids and stuff on my face.

Don't remove it. You must show it to a dermatologist. You want to rule out anything dangerous, God forbid.
