And if yes, what is your routine?
I have extra 20 poundsfrom pregnancy sticking to me and I feel like just diet isn't really doing it.
I've never really worked out before and don't know where to start.

I don't have the time to go drive to the gym so I'd want ideas of things to do at home.

How do I figure out what exercises to do?

I do go walking every evening but I don't think that's considered working out.

Well, exercise usually affects what your shape looks like, and your diet affects how much shape you have. (Which, sadly, I know because I still weigh too much).

Firstly, are you still nursing? If so, please stop with the diet, your body needs fuel.

Secondly, can we help you with the diet?

I just lost 6 lb in the last couple of weeks by simply not eating sugar and exercising more. Not over the top but just walking to the shops instead of driving and things like that. I've also started doing a HIIT workout twice a week - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M0uO8X3_tEA

I'm telling you, sugar is the worst, it just makes you more hungry. Even my skin looks so much better.

My youngest is 19 months so I'm past the post baby lack of sleep and feeding stage. I think it's hard when your baby is little. You really need lots of energy to look after them.

Made me stronger, more fit, and more confident. Helps with the shape.

Personally, I love Nourish Move Love on youtube for more advanced. But if you're still just starting out after a baby, I would start with Pregnancy and Postpartum TV - her postpartum workouts really help with relearning how to breathe and engage core properly. Only after mastering that, move onto strength training with NML.

Hatzlacha!
