Anyone have a shiur, or even better a series of shiurim, that they can recommend that they found to be helpful in terms of working on yourself?

I already listen to halacha shiurim regularly, and I have a general "inspiration/hashkafa" type of shiur that I enjoy. But right now I'm at the point that I finally have the bandwidth to work on myself and hear something that's more middos-based, for people who are looking for ways to work on themselves.

Not looking for anything preachy (about specific areas of tznius or whatever), but maybe something focusing on different middos? Or on techniques to fight the yetzer hara? Something like that.

To be listened to while I'm cooking/cleaning, so nothing that I'd have to be sitting and looking at a text to understand.

For reference I'm in my 40s with both older kids and toddlers, OOT yeshivish for lack of a better term.

I'm hoping someone can find me a great speaker that I can really grow from!

I guess I'm asking for something too specific...

Or is that problem that the other threads on here are much more interesting than shiurim or working on your middos?

I personally like this series of shiruim, very down to earth, practical. I listen in my car. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=.....HM%3D

Rabbi Shais Taub has a series on Chovos Halivavos Shaar Habitachon.

It helped me improve on my bitachon wich spilled over into many other aspects of my life.

May I ask what the halacha shiur is, and what the "inspiration/hashkafa" shiur is? I am also looking for shiurim like those. Thank you.
