A couple of weeks without baking? All I did last week was bake and cook!! My kids ate cake/cookies for breakfast everyday of Pesach because they don't like eggs or yogurt.

I'm doing something super easy for Shabbos. Any ideas?

Ummm nothing!!! I bought tons and tons of Hashems gorgeous and delicious fruit! I don’t need more and more baked goods after a whole pesach! I am making challah (unusual for me- I usually make sourdough every week) and I’ll make a cake for a neighbor.
