Is anyone else tired of cooking?
I have a silver tip roast- how do I prepare it for the second day lunch seuda? I can cook it today but I don’t know how to heat it up? Can I cook it low and slow as my oven will be on 225 so I can cook it fresh overnight? Please help!!! I like sweeter meats and use lots of ingredients, but the prepared sauces I have on hand are ketchup, duck sauce, and bbq sauce
Thank you!!

Do you like medium pink meat? This meat is better not fully done.

It can be used for basically anything
I used it for a 6 hour slow cooked stew, and I also pan cooked it 15 min for a medium rare sliced steak. Both were delicious

Reading on here, I saw it's meant to be medium rare or it'll be tough.

Silver tip is not a low and slow cut. It's a classic roast beef, best cooked rare and gets ruined upon heating up. I recommend serving it fresh, or cooking it in advance and using it in a steak salad which would probably be refreshing as a last meal. Something with spring greens, pears, avocado, maybe toasted walnuts and a raspberry vinaigrette. Hmm if you do that, save some for me 😁
