I made kugel using a new food processor, not a Braun so it’s shredded, not mush. I used four eggs for a square pan.
The texture is so grainy, mushy but in a weird way. Any advice? Cook longer?

This happened here too.. I realized it’s the cottonseed oil causing this snd cooked it longer.. my husband and parents said it’s delicious snd I didn’t taste it yet.. and I trust their opinions
