We also have lots of minhagim here, so I need a banana cake recipe that uses only:
Almond flour
Bananas
Egg
Oil
Could be other peelable fruits as well
Please send help - Google isn't useful for this!

I have a simple recipe that uses potato starch and ground nuts if you want

It will change the texture, but should not affect the taste.

It wouldn't just make it a flat cake? Baking soda makes it rise, I thought ... so it's not the taste that concerns me, but the potential that we will end up with a giant banana pancake😂

9 eggs separated
11/2 cups sugar
1 cup potato starch
2 small bananas mashed
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
Separate 7 eggs
Beat egg whites and add 1/2 cup sugar
In a separate bowl combine 7 yolks, 2 whole eggs, banana, potato starch and lemon juice.
Fold in egg whites
Bake at 350 in a 9x13 pan for 50 minutes or until done
