The small magnets can fall out and if ingested, can lead to serious medical complications. ALWAYS inspect the tiles to make sure they are INTACT. And supervise the baby while they play with them!

Is this the on or off brand ones?
My magna tiles are ancient and get tons of abuse and I dont see how the magnets can get out of the tile?

Yes a magnet fell out of one of our Magnatiles, and I can see the spot it fell out of but I have no idea how it came out! There’s no hole and the magnatile isn’t broken

I constantly inspect and throw out any cracks and show my kids how it's garbage and we can't throw them

I had it with my name brand more than my off brand ones... after a while they do crack and break.
