I made the biscotti and did the regular and the cinnamon and they were both amazing

I also did the meat stuffed capons and they smelled and looked good, didn't taste it

I tried the cookie brittle but I must have overcooked it since it burnt Sad

I made the hearty beef soup for erev YT and it looks amazing!

The apple crisp crumbs tasted really good, didn't taste the whole thing yet

I made lots of stuff and everything was really good -
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Brittle - edges burned, I would bake a little less time
doughless potato knishes
apricot chicken
secret sauce
beet salad
shredded chicken and veggie soup
cauliflower leek soup - I would probably leave out some of the herbs if I make again
caramelized onion broccoli kugel

things I still am going to make
barbecue sweet potatoes
fruit punch tea
bubby's pesach cholent

the snowball cookies didn't work so well, the dough was very crumbly and lots of the cookies flattened and didn't hold any shape, though they tasted good

The author has (rightfully) asked that people not share recipes, as it impedes her parnasa. She shares some recipes on her blog and social media, but others are only in her cook books.

It was delish without the glaze. I don’t see why you couldn’t use water anyway… it calls for so little almond milk
